Designed to "push" beverages to the tap with turn-key blends for the beer, wine, and coffee beverages your customers love, this light weight, compact unit generates beverage-grade nitrogen with 99.80 percent purity on-site from an external gas source. It creates up to 2 unique, precise gas blends on-demand, including 1 for lagers at 60 percent carbon dioxide with 40 percent nitrogen and 1 for nitrogenated beers at 25 percent carbon dioxide and 75 percent nitrogen. This patented system eliminates over- and under-carbonation to improve the quality of draft beers and other beverages, features a 35-95 degrees Fahrenheit operating temperature, operates quietly at 75 dBA, and includes 1 McDantim dual-output gas blender with 1 backup nitrogen regulator.

This permanently installed nitrogen generator / beverage dispensing system features a convenient floor-mount design to save valuable space and includes fittings and hardware for installation (wall bolts and beverage tubing sold separately). It also features a programmable logic controller (PLC) that maximizes performance using automatic settings with a display that shows the system's run hours, run status, and alarm status. This dispenser with a nitrogen gas generator features 0.01-micron filtration with an integral, oil-free compressor with a pre-filter as well as auto-draining particulate and coalescing filters. It's designed to meet peak demand with a 15.5-gallon nitrogen receiver tank with manual gauge and ball valves for up to 14 kegs of product served per hour.

This item features a BlastOff leak detection system that monitors for leaks in the downstream gas lines running from the generator to the keg (sold separately) to ensure the highest quality product along with relief valves throughout the system for maximum safety. If a leak is detected, this technology shuts the unit down, sounds an audible alarm, and displays an alert on the control screen until the leak has been resolved. This dispensing system is ideal for beer, wine, and coffee service at banquet halls, restaurants, dining rooms, coffee shops, cafes, and meeting rooms.
