Designed to eliminate the need to carry dough from your refrigerator to serving line or proofing box, this dolly is fitted with four 3" diameter swivel wheels for smooth, effortless rolling at all times. Its durable fiberglass construction ensures long-lasting use, in addition to a smooth surface that is easy to wipe down and clean. This dolly is designed for use with 16" x 30" proofing boxes (sold separately).
With an 800 lb. weight capacity and raised edges that match its compatible dough proofing box, it is guaranteed to securely hold all the proofing box's contents. Plus, its compact, space-saving design allows the dolly to be kept under prep tables or stacked in storage areas when not in use.
