Made to function with your Metro MultiStation, this set includes the rails as well as the end caps that the rails rest upon. These unique rails allow for the work surface to sit slightly above the food containers. As food is prepared it can be quickly and easily slid into the appropriate container, without necessity to pick it up. This time saver creates a boost in productivity up to 20%.
Constructed of durable type 304 stainless steel, these rails are built to hold up to the wear and tear of a commercial kitchen and will also resist corrosion. The sturdy construction also means that these rails are able to hold up to an impressive 800 lb. per set. The uprights that the rails sit upon are adjustable to 5 different working heights from 35 1/8" to 39 1/8", for ensured working comfort.
