Thanks to its powerful, yet efficient 1360W heating system, this insulated full size cabinet holds foods at up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit until they're ready for service at your busy restaurant, banquet facility, or bakery. Field-reversible solid dutch doors are insulated with 2" thick high density fiberglass to retain heat, and the high-strength magnetic latches open with ease to make loading and unloading products an effortless task. Plus, the dutch door design prevents temperature loss by allowing you to only open one section at a time.

Featuring Metro's innovative Armor Plus technology, this cabinet is fully insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane that's encased in polymer paneling for outstanding heat retention and energy efficiency. The panels have molded-in handles that double as a bumper for increased protection and improved handling in a busy commercial setting. For structural integrity, the unit is comprised of high-quality, type 304 stainless steel with an HDPE exterior. Ergonomic, user-friendly thermostatic controls are mounted at the top of the cabinet for ease of cleaning and improved readability.

Other great features of this holding cabinet include the 1 1/2" by 1 1/2" lip load tray slides that can accommodate up to 32 full size sheet pans. Plus, four 5" plate mounted, swivel casters (2 with brakes) make it easy to transport the unit from room to room. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
