Metro C539-HLFS-U Details
Use this Metro C539-HLFS-U full-size insulated holding cabinet to keep your best hot food at ideal, food-safe temperatures! Its patented Insulation Armour technology with high density polyethylene retains heat and saves energy while also providing a cool-touch exterior. This low wattage unit uses less energy while still providing reliable holding temperatures, which are monitored by a digital thermometer, dial controls, and indicator lights. The interior features aluminum construction and adjustable nickel-chrome universal slides for extra convenience and flexibility.
This holding cabinet has a temperature range of 80 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its solid door is fully insulated with 1" fiberglass and double panel aluminum. Hand holds are molded into the Insulation Armour on all four corners for added convenience.
