Its simple bottom-mount controls let you change between proof and hold settings with the turn of a dial, and thanks to its external Insulation Armour, you can be sure this unit will retain heat.

For convenience and accessibility, this holding cabinet has one full-length glass door on the front. The interior comes with universal pan slides that are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments to hold up to 17 full size sheet pans or 32 half size sheet pans. Underneath the cavity, the thermostatic controls let you adjust temperature between 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the whole unit is mounted on casters for effortless mobility.
