Thanks to its removable combination heating / proofing module, this 3/4 height Metro C537-CFS-U C5 3 Series heated holding and proofing cabinet lets you quickly change from holding mode to proofing mode at the flip of a switch! Its individual analog controls also allow you to adjust temperature and humidity levels, to create the perfect environment for any type of food.
The Metro C537-CFS-U 3/4 height holding and proofing cabinet features universal pan slides which are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, to hold up to 13 full size sheet pans. Patented Insulation Armour™ technology increases the Metro C537-CFS-U C5 3 Series heated holding and proofing cabinet's overall energy efficiency, and protects your employees from hot surfaces.
The 3/4 height Metro C537-CFS-U heated holding and proofing cabinet's fully insulated aluminum door provides added protection against heat loss. It requires a 120V electrical connection.
