Metro C535-HFC-U Details
This Metro C535-HFC-U half-size insulated holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. You'll save energy thanks to its patent-pending insulation technology. It keeps the heat in, and provides a cool touch exterior.
The holding module, suitable for heated holding applications, features analog temperature control.
Because the C535- HFC-U prioritizes heat generation, food will stay at the desired temperature, enhancing food safety.
The C535-HFC-U features a clear polycarbonate door, so you can see what's inside without opening the door, reducing heat loss.
The C535- HFC-U has universal adjustable wire slides that adjust in 1 1/2" increments, and can hold 18" x 26" sheet pans, and 12" x 20" steam table pans. Since the slides adjust, you can tailor the configuration to fit your particular application.
