This unit provides radiant heat on both the upper and lower part of the shelf while maintaining climate-controlled temperature in the cabinet itself. Each shelf can hold 3 pans and temperature can be independently managed for each. An EZ clip air diffuser plate and tray seal on each zone provides radiant heat to soft, juicy foods while sealing them to prevent the loss of moisture. For crispy or fried foods, the tray seal can be removed, allowing air to circulate around the food to prevent moisture build up.

The industry standard timer bar keeps track of food holding time, giving a notification when food is expired. Thanks to its flush mount design, it won't collect food debris and is easy to clean. The timer bar can even be programmed to notify staff when to cook more food, reducing wait times at your establishment. LED indicators also designate which pan to pull from first, making it easy for staff to reduce waste. Settings can be programmed and quickly uploaded via USB with seasonal menu changes to ensure consistency across units and locations.
