This is a good zester overall, but I just wish it lasted a bit longer. There's no way to sharpen or rejuvenate a grater like this, so at least it's relatively cheap and we can replace it with a fresh one with not too much $$ laid out.

These microplane graters are designed for zesting citrus, but they also work really well for hard cheeses such as parmesan. We use them for all of our grating needs, and they give you that really finely grated parmesan texture like at restaurants.

Does not zest at all. The blades are so dull from the factory dull that almost nothing comes from the lemon when attempting to zest. Avoid! Find another product that will work.

This is the perfect zester. The size makes it possibly to store easily in your knife bag, while also not being to small making it harder to use. High recommend!
