Best of all, these potato boat skins are easy to prepare. Preheat an oven to 400 and bake them on a sheet for 15 minutes, or heat them in the microwave for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes. To achieve a crispier texture, these skins can also be put in a fryer at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.

I and my family both like these there is so many ways to fix them bake them or deep fry them they are good either way fill them with your favorite fillings add your favorite meat to the side and you have a very good meal. My son and his family like to top them with mashed potatoes and cheese, I like to bake them and put butter on them and enjoy them that way. So good to have if you have company or just your family, good product worth the money.

I had these a while back for a special event. Something that won't be happening nowadays, but these skins we all in acceptable condition. We used them for twice baked potatoes, and they held up well in the oven.
