This is a top quality, professional chocolate mold. HOWEVER, do NOT follow the manufacturer directions that are printed on this website regarding chilling the chocolate after you pour it into the mold. If you temper your chocolate correctly, it is not necessary to chill it to make it harden, and in fact doing so will ruin the appearance of your chocolate; when you remove it from the refrigerator, condensation will form on its surface as it comes back to room temperature, and this condensation will cause the chocolate to bloom. This ruins the visual presentation of all your hard work.
