Bake traditional cannele cakes with this Matfer Bourgeat 340411 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" aluminum non-stick cannele mold. This cannele mold is designed to make small pastries flavored with rum and vanilla. Their iconic soft custard center is complemented by a dark caramelized crust, making the pastry a French favorite, baked in a special cannele pan.

This circular mold is made of thick aluminum with a multi-layer non-stick coating. This coating ensures an easy product release while protective enamel on the outside of the mold ensures longevity. Use this mold in your authentic French bakery or bistro!
