Master-Bilt DD-88 90" Straight Glass Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet

We purchased this cabinet October 17, 2017, cabinet is very noisy and when it shuts off or turns on, cabinet shakes so much it makes my whole floor shake. I was concerned about this so I contacted Master-bilt directly. Tech support told me the 16 bunker cabinet has a really big compressor so this is normal. Cabinet has been hard to regulate temperature, minor adjustments (quarter turn) causes either too hard to too soft ice cream. Well after 33 months use, our cabinet is no longer working. a few weeks ago we noticed our ice cream was really soft, our temperature dial was all the way up, so on August 4, a local electrician added Freon. We bought an ice cream shop a couple of month ago and bought this ice cream dipping cabinet to replace an old one that was being in use for 30 years or so. We were really excited and so looking forward to this new one. It took some time to plug in and test it out as we were doing a remodel. Unfortunately, we experienced much more disappointments than joy once we set it up and plugged in. 1) The compressor is really, really, really, really noisy. I don't know what to do about that. 2) The dipping cabinet is so deep, it is hard to scoop any ice cream for someone like me who are short, 5'1". The old one we had was just fine for me. This ice cream case is amazing! It is very well built and keeps the ice cream at the perfect temperature for scooping. Not only does it look really nice but it is very functional as well. I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this dipping cabinet.

The ice cream cabinet is very, very nice. It holds 16 flavors of ice cream and looks very nice in our shop; however it arrived with a dent in the box. Upon opening the box, we found that the end of the cabinet was dented. This was probably done in transit. We were able to pound out the dent to make it look decent. I then contacted webstaurant.com and sent pictures of the damaged box and ice cream dipping cabinet for their review. They were very courteous, and responded quickly to our concerns. They issued a partial credit to us within a week's time for the damage on the cabinet. I am very, very happy with Webstaurant.com, and would definitely order from them. I only wish that we could talk to someone on the phone, but there are no phone numbers and everything has to be handled online.

The best freezer we have gotten since opening our ice cream store. It conveniently fits about 24/26 buckets of ice cream. A bit difficult to clean because of its depth.

Came in missing some pieces, however the manufacturer was very helpful in getting the new parts sent out to us.
