Scoop up some soothing summertime sweetness with this 7.6 cu. ft. Master-Bilt DC-4D white finish ice cream dipping cabinet. The Master-Bilt DC-4D flip top dipping cabinet can hold 5 standard 3 gallon ice cream canisters on top, with room underneath for 2 more.
Its refrigeration system with cold wall evaporator utilizes R-290 refrigerant and a powerful 1/4 hp compressor to maintain temperatures between - 10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit. A seamless, stainless steel top and 2 1/4" foamed-in-place "zero ODP" urethane insulation also help keep your ice cream cold and ready to serve.
The dipping cabinet's multiple flip top stainless steel lids provide easy access to each flavor, and allow several staff members to scoop at the same time for fast service during peak hours. This flip top dipping cabinet requires a 115V electrical connection.

This Dipping Cabinet is excellent for our ice cream shop. We can store 24 3 1/2 gallon containers in ours. We have our setting on 6.5 and it keeps the ice cream at 0 to 5 degrees. Perfect for dipping. Would order again!!

Great dipping cabinet! I'm not sure what the other reviewer was looking for in terms of load leveling, but this freezer worked great for me. It also didn't bother me that it didn't have casters because I didn't want it to roll--it is a dipping cabinet so I wanted it as stable as possible for scooping ice cream.

Nice unit BUT it does not come with load leveling shelves. Webstaurant did not mention this in any way. Upon receiving, I figured this out after some research. The maker of the unit also wants a lot of money for castors that fit the unit. This whole thing is ridiculous and I have lost trust in Master Bilt and Webstaurant. I absolutely do not recommend buying this unit and make sure to do your homework before buying from Webstaurant.
