I'm giving this stuff 3 stars only because it's edible, cheap and convenient, I liken the flavor of this sauce to "thick Italian ketchup". If it came down to eating your mozz sticks dry, or dipping in this, I'd probably choose this, but only barely. Aside from the Italian seasoning and tomato flavor which one would expect, there are flavors which just don't belong, along with an unmistakable bitterness. It's passable as something for kids to dip their chicken fingers in, but if I was served this with mozz sticks, I probably wouldn't be buying mozz sticks from that establishment the next time.

ordered these last year and everyone loved the flavor. ordered them again this year and still very happy with the size and flavor. they pair very well with an order of cheese sticks which has four sticks in it.

This marinara is a sweet marinara, some people like a sweeter marinara while others do not we have had mixed reviews from employees and customers. Be careful when ordering in bulk, if the cases start to get around 3 months past the packaging date the marinara will get hard and sometimes bitter from getting old.
