Treat your guests to a decadent entree starring duck confit made in the French style or shred the duck legs for versatile use in a wide variety of dishes such as tacos, pasta, sandwiches, and soup.
Pair the duck with a side of buttery Yukon Gold potatoes and steamed vegetables for a complete, mouthwatering meal. Shred the duck legs, flavor them with fresh orange juice and chipotle sauce, and use it as a filling for grilled corn tacos along with cotija cheese, cilantro, and chopped onion. Add the shredded duck to a rich ragu, toss it with pappardelle pasta, and finish it with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Warm your customers up with a hearty, Chinese-inspired duck soup using duck or chicken broth, mushrooms, egg noodles, rice wine, ginger, scallions, and fresh greens.
