This Makita 36V (18V X2) LXT XCV22PTU cordless dry dust extractor / vacuum kit is designed for indoor dust extraction on job sites for janitorial and commercial applications. This vacuum's motor provides superior suction power and efficiency. Its powerful brushless motor delivers 120 CFM with 44" water lift of suction and features a variable speed control dial. This unit also features an efficient 3-stage filtration system that includes a HEPA filter that captures 99.97% of particulates 0.3 microns and larger as well as an automatic self-cleaning filter system that protects the pre-filter for a longer life.

This unit uses 2 efficient 18V LXT lithium-ion 5.0 Ah batteries for up to 80 minutes of use on a full charge. It's designed with a locking cover for battery protection and is only for use with Makita batteries and chargers. It also utilizes Star Protection Controls and XPT (Extreme Protection Technology) for impressive resistance to water and dust and to prevent overloading, overheating, and over-discharging. The dual port charger cools the battery for faster charging and optimizes the battery life. It's also designed with AWS (auto-start wireless system) capability for power-on/off Bluetooth wireless communication using the included AWS adapter.

This Makita vacuum kit is durable and made to last. The unit weighs 17.8 lb. with batteries and features 360-degree mobility with 4 wheels and locking rear casters for easy transport. It also uses a quick-release latch for simple removal of debris from the canister. The vacuum is designed with sound-absorbing materials for an operating sound level of 64 dB(A) which is perfect for any setting and sports a large rubber bumper that prevents damage with an oversized on-off switch for operator convenience.
