Upgrade your restaurant's grilling capabilities by adding this MagiKitch'n MKE-24-E 24" electric countertop griddle with thermostatic controls to your cooking lineup! Boasting a 1" thick polished steel cooking surface with excellent heat retention, this unit stands tough against rigorous daily use with blazing fast recovery that allows you to quickly move from grilling one product to another.
Featuring an independent snap-action thermostat per 12" of width, this unit offers a total of 11.4 kW of heating power. The independent thermostatic controls make this unit a great choice for a variety of cooking tasks from melting quesadillas, to searing french toast and browning breakfast sausage. In fact, each temperature control comes with an on/off switch, so you can turn off certain griddle zones to save energy when they aren't being used.
The body of this griddle is made with a stainless steel front and side panels for easy cleaning and long-lasting durability. The cabinet back can even be removed for increased cleaning efficiency. Four 4" adjustable legs keep this unit up off the counter so that you can easily clean underneath, or they can be removed if you'd prefer flush mounting. The stainless steel backsplash and tapered side splashes protect your walls and surrounding equipment from grease spatter.
To make grease management easier, you can count on this model's 3 1/2" grease gutter to direct grease into the grease drawer for disposal. When you are ready to clean up for the day, it's fast and easy to empty this unit's 3.75 gallon grease drawer. A 208V, 3 phase electrical connection is required for operation.
