This rocker knife is made of durable 18-gauge stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting use in your establishment. Its classic rocker knife design cuts perfectly proportional slices every time, and it can cut 8 slices at once. For the utmost versatility, the slice size can be adjusted. Additionally, the curved blades and railings keep fingers away from the sharp blades, protecting them from injury.
This rocker knife is easy to use. Simply center it over your pizza and push down, rocking over each blade. For best results, pair it with a cutting board (sold separately) that is 2" larger than the pizza. For maximum convenience, this rocker knife comes with a sharpener. To keep your blades in pristine condition, sharpen them every 300-500 pizzas. This rocker knife is perfect for by-the-slice operations or for nutritional portion control in school lunch programs. Use this rocker knife to cut proportional slices every time!
