1 bag decaffeinated Lipton black tea
3/4 cup water
Several mint leaves or 1 mint tea bag
3 oz. 1% milk

In a small saucepan, put decaffeinated Lipton black tea bag, 3/4 cup boiling water, and mint leaves and bring to a simmer. Steep for 4 minutes, then remove the tea bag. Pour into a mug.
Warm up milk stirring with a whisk to create a foam. Pour milk into the cup of tea and top with remaining foam.
