These are super cute little ramekins. They hold up very well. It seems like fewer of them end up in the garbage at the dish pit than the traditional round ramekins. I will continue to use these for sauces in my restaurant.

These are great little bowls to use for dipping sauces or small sides. I have a ton of them and I think they look so clean when lined up together.
