I love the look of these mugs and used them for a couple years, but we've had issues with them breaking when hot coffee or water is added. We ended up getting rid of them because it was too much of a risk that someone would get burned or cut.

Ordered 5 boxes of this for a Mothers/Fathers day program at our church... The mugs are hip enough for today's adult crowd, durable enough (microwave + dishwasher safe!) for the growing family, and surprisingly cheap enough to give 180 away and still remain in budget. Shipping was a bit high, but the glasses came in 3 days (ground shipping to lower NY), fully intact and with plenty of bubble wrap to spare. With shipping included, each mug came out to an affordable price ... which, for something that looks and feels as good as these Libbey mugs do... is well worth it.
