These glasses are amazing. Rarely do they have to be replaced and when they do break, it's a clean break. It will crack around the heavy bottom causing the entire bottom to fall off in one piece. If it cracks I have never seen the glass separate, you will just notice the crack and dispose. It's rare that this even happens! This is the most resilient glassware we have purchased in 14 years of business and I will be buying our cocktail glasses in the same style. Thanks Libbey!
We were using a hurricane glass for our specialty drinks we switched to these because they hold up better and there is no stem to break.
I was worried one or two might get damaged during shipping, but each glass was in perfect condition when they arrived. They look great. My only complaint is that they don't stack as well as I had anticipated.
