Once they have thawed for the appropriate amount of time, bake these croissants at 350 degrees Fahrenheit in a convection oven for approximately 12-15 minutes. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 171 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 2 minutes. These pastries are a great way to serve a consistent product while saving on precious time and labor cost over preparing them from scratch. Add these premium LeCoq Cuisine pastries to your menu for a fresh, tasty impulse buy!
