Lavex Stainless Steel C-Fold or Multifold Surface-Mounted Paper Towel Dispenser

Great product. Bought two units; one for the bathroom and one for the hand wash sink. These replaced center pull towels which were a pain to refill. These are straightforward and super easy to refill. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that if you fill it to capacity the towels become difficult to pull down. So we fill them about halfway only.

Looks nice, easy to install. But the opening is not smooth and for some reason it's hard to pull paper towels from the dispenser. It makes tons of tiny scraps of paper which guests let fall to the ground. Looks nice but not worth the mess for us.

This stainless steel towel dispenser is perfect. It looks classy and feels robust. We previously used a roll style dispenser, but this multifold dispenser from Lavex is far superior.

Wanted something other than plastic paper towel holders. The stainless steel give a modern feel at a reasonable price. Also easy to clean. It matches the soap/sanitizer dispensers and toilet paper holder great!

Purchased 2 of these for our restaurant. They look great and feel sturdy, however the big design flaw is that the dispenser opening is sharp and shreds the towels. It also creates a big mess around each of the dispensers from tiny scraps of papers. Do not recommend and will look to replace these.

I don't understand why this product is even sold. As other people mentioned in their review it can't properly dispense napkins. It shreds them as you pull them. Absolutely don't recommend for anyone planning to use this more than twice a day.

This product is sturdy and easy to hang. The problem comes after the towels are added. The weight of the towels on top create a situation where you tear several to get a whole towel out. Can't fill it to capacity, but otherwise a good product.

These have worked really well for us. We bought 11 of them for our event venue and have been really easy to keep clean and keep stocked. We had considered looking at the newer models but too many moving parts. These will last forever.

These have a sleek and streamlined look to them, which is really nice. Easy to open and refill when needed. Much prefer these over the giant plastic boxes from times gone past.

This napkin dispenser has worked for almost 4 years. Its clean looking and looks good in the front of the house. It keeps paper towels in place too. The reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the key it comes with just broke. It literally snapped in half and it really sucks trying to refill napkins with half the key inside the knob and half the key outside.

I didn’t want to get a big bulky round paper towel dispenser so I opted for this low profile one instead. Very happy with my choice and I saved quite a bit of money doing it that way as well.

Arrived in great condition, easy to install in the food truck. Around the key it scratches easily because of the key. Fits cloth style napkins as well as brown napkins to use by hand sink

The Lavex Stainless Steel Paper Towel Dispenser is classy and a great price point. It distributes the paper towels well . So I have zero complaints with it

It was easy to install. It’s easy to open and holds a lot of paper towel. The towels come out easily. So far it’s very durable and wipes off easily.

This is a real nice paper towel dispenser. It was very easy to install, I actually had to move it for ADA, and second install was easy as well. Looks good, holds a good amount of paper towels.

We are very pleased with this paper towel dispenser. My only complaint is that because it fits so many towels, the pressure from their weight (which isn't tremendous really), makes it so that they often tear when you're trying to get them out. Not that big of a deal though; they work just fine.

These paper towel dispensers are a breeze to load and wipe clean easily. I like the stainless look as well; it fits with our decor.

I love these dispensers. You don't have to touch anything but the towel you need to dry your hands on. Never had any issues out of all 4 that I bought!
