The sponge head is good but the pole very flimsy and bent nearly in half after a few minutes of light use.

I like how solid this sponge mop is. The side mechanism is NOT for wringing, however; instead, it is to pop off the sponge. There isn't a mechanism for wringing, which is not how the mop is described. The sponge does work well, and overall, I think the product is a good one.
