They put stickers on the actual product and not the shipping container...Ordered 5 and all 5 had the same stickers. Goof-off don't work so we had to use rubbing alcohol. Took the finish off so we had to refinish all the seats. Unless they change the sticker process, I would not recommend buying any of the colored seats!

I wanted the wooden seat to go with the metal frame chair. My husband uses a tie-on cushion on his, but the rest of the family is fine with the wooden seat. Comfortable chair. (My first detached wooden seats were damaged in shipment, but the metal frame chairs were fine. Upon contacting the Co. they promptly sent out new seats - that were packaged separately (as the metal frames had already arrived). This time the wooden seats arrived in good shape and I did Not have to return the damaged ones.

Wood is very brittle and scratches easily. Edges chip very easily.

What a great product. I use it in my coffee shop and it is a huge hit to all the customers. I love this so much!

The product scratches very easily. It needs to have some sort of sealer on the wood to protect it. We will do that and hope that that helps.

great parts for my chairs that I put in my bakery. we don't have to worry about anything happening because these parts are very sturdy and hold up to everyday wear and tear.
