Lancaster Table & Seating Black Finish Ladder Back Chair with Driftwood Seat - Assembled

very dissatisfied with these chair seats the finish is all scratched up like they have been used for years. these have only been i use for A few months Poor finish on chairs would not recommend!

I bought these chairs around a year ago and am now leaving a review. After a year, they still look and function great! They are as sturdy as the day I bought them. I bought them with seats unattached and found it very simple to attach the seats. Great product at a great price. Over the years, I've ordered several different things from the Webstaurant Store and in my experience, their customer service is second to none. I usually don't leave reviews and hadn't planned to in this case either until I came back here looking to order some more chairs and read the one star review left by that other fellow. While he is correct, the seats do not come predrilled, I don't see how that merits a 1 star review. Predrilling isn't a requirement- just line the seat up with the chair frame and screw it down. I am a Webstaurant Store repeat customer and will continue to be, even without predrilling.

Frame to chair is really durable, however, wood seats have become extremely chipped on the edges through normal use. I've had the chairs at my restaurant for just over a year and they looked really bad.

I ordered this unassembled, assuming, as with all other products that I have purchased from online retailers, that there would be drill holes in the seat. No such luck. Though the customer service agent indicated that she found an FAQ section that states that there are no drill holes, I still can't find that statement on their website for this product. The bottom line is that that information is hidden, and it's well worth paying the extra money to not have to drill holes. The only thing the agent did was offer to send me directions for installation, which I don't need since they are very basic. I really wish I had purchased the same item from a furniture site. They treat their customers very differently.

Very sturdy chair - I like the wooden seat with the black metal frame. Matches nice with our Oak table for home use.

we ordered eight for our coffee shop and could not be happier! visually appealing. very sturdy and easy assembly. came with all screws needed. scratch resistant bottoms are great for vinyl floors.

The chairs is really good, size and comfortable

very well built chair for its use. Feels very sturdy and solid when sitting on it and im 250 lbs LOL. Casters are nice for easy floor gliding and they aren't too heavy but dont feel cheap. I would definitely buy again.

The finish on these chairs has begun to chip after just a few months. The durability is not good and I regret my decision to purchase these chairs-- they do look good without the chipping problem and are easy to put together, but I would not recommend--

These chairs work perfectly for our coffee shop seating, as well as, our breakroom. They are comfy and sturdy. My only complaint is that the tables and chairs are a slightly different shade of wood.

This chair is very very strong. Easy to assemble. The sit part is wood but still comfortable to sit. Back is vended so it is also making comfortable.

We love these chairs! We were looking for table chairs that could withstand the beating of constant spills kids dish out and clean up easily. We ordered 8 of them for our large table. The stainless steel with wood color is a nice contrast with our silver color appliances/light fixtures. Good: Very strong (240 lbs man can stand and lean on them with 0 feeling of give), look good, clean up easily with all hard surfaces, slide on floor nicely with the skid protectors on the bottom of the chairs. Chairs were very east to assemble. They are sturdy and attractive. Customers love them and we get compliments all the time. Over a year old and still look like new after heavy use

This coat steel cross back chair has a beautiful cherry wood finish that we love. Its very comfortable and our guest and staff love these chairs.

I love the cherry wood seat on these chairs. It looks hard in the picture, but it is really not that uncomfortable. We really have enjoyed these chairs ever since the day that they arrived here.

I have never found such great chairs. I think that these are great for our business. I have received many compliments on them too which is nice.

Great looking chair very sturdy, just wish they would have come assembled when i ordered 10. and one was silver instead of the black but customer service did replace it fairly easily. Though i had placed a second order for 2 more chairs when we added additional seating and both chairs came assembled-one with solid glue or something all over the seat and the other with the screw coming through the seat from the bottom, had customer service replace those both too. overall they are great and would recommend

I love these chairs. I gave a star off because I received the chairs with scratches on the metal and wooden seat. This was due to shipping as they were stacked on top of each other. This did not affect the use of the chair at all. It was purely cosmetic which really doesn't make that much of a difference.
