sturdy chair with black shiny paint, very great, looks elegant, and sturdy. perfect for restaurant business, i think this is great for outdoor seating too. but i receive the chair few has dents.

Perfect for cafe style seating. Would not recommend for full restaurant seating, but these work for sitting down for up to 30 to 45 minutes. very comfy until your legs begin to fall asleep after that point. Sturdy, easy to clean and stack. great selection of colors to. we got enough that we have a whole rainbow of chairs.

I met the delivery guy, so this stuff didn't happen while the chairs were unattended. I opened the box to discover that the chairs were leg up. To me, that means they were upside down. After removing the chairs, I cut up the box to put it in the recycling. When I turned the box over, I noticed that this end had been torn open and repaired with tape. On checking the chairs, the one that would have been at that opening was damaged. It had black skid marks on it, and the powder coating was scratched down to metal in several places. I have attached pictures of the damage. Since the box was cut up, I could not even begin to think about returning them. I'm very disappointed and will probably not purchase from this site again.

One of these chairs arrived damaged. I have tried contacting customer service through their AI chat bot which did not bring up this order correctly making it impossible to submit a request for replacement. I also sent a request to their customer service department, through the website a few weeks ago, with pictures and the order number, along with the item number and have not had anyone respond to my messages. I am very disappointed that there is NO customer service number to call or email address listed anywhere on the website, to get this resolved. In terms of customer service I vote this an F - I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company again.

Very sturdy my three year old climbs all around and the chairs never tilt or move.

These have been great for our bakery's dining room - durable, child-proof, and nearly indestructible. Paint has never chipped, although we have discovered two developed sharp edges (out of 40 - so not bad at all).

I absolutely love these chairs! I replaced my dining room chairs with these and they are very sturdy, well made and clean up very easily . I also love the fact they are stackable which makes mopping under the table very convenient.

Price point is good, quality is great. Will purchase again

Not the most comfy chairs but they work good for commercial spaces. I use them in my coffee shop and have had no issues or complaints.
