I only purchased 2 of these in case I didn't like them. Spoiler alert: I will be ordering 2 more. I have a retro-inspired kitchen and purchased chairs from the "A" place, only to find that over a short amount of time the legs started to bow, the result of, what I perceive, a design flaw. A google search for red retro kitchen chairs brought me basically 2 different results, being the "A" chair at a dozen sites, and this one. I gambled. I won. The chairs are almost alarmingly lightweight. The design of the legs being straight as opposed to bowed was definitely what I needed. The padding is ample and firm and everyone who sits in them remarks about the back support.
