Ideal for both patios and indoor dining areas, this Lakeside 4615 mobile stainless steel bussing / waitress station allows you to turn tables more quickly by acting as a satellite server area and cutting down on trips to the dishroom! This waitress station comes with 6 pairs of universal ledges designed to hold up to 8 trays, glass racks, or bus tubs. Because these ledges are height-adjustable, they can be moved to accommodate tubs that are full of used silverware or dishes. This unit also features a refuse chute for dry waste and a drop-in drainage sink for liquid waste. Once dumped down the drain, the liquid is held in a sealed, 7 gallon polyethylene receptacle to prevent spills and contain it until it is emptied at the end of the night.

This bussing station is made of welded stainless steel with 20 gauge sides and an 18 gauge top and interior floor. Its enclosed interior compartment measures 26 1/2" x 21 3/4" x 33", which is plenty of space to house the liquid receptacle and waste bin (sold separately), while its top has 6" high walls to contain anything that might be stored on top of the unit, like menus, wrapped silverware, or placemats. Thanks to its (4) 5" swivel casters with cushion tread wheels, this waitress station can be moved from place to place for dining room flexibility. Plus, the casters are recessed to give the illusion of a built-in unit.
