Easily make your own waffle cones and dessert bowls with this Krusteaz Professional waffle cone mix. Featuring a sweet, buttery vanilla flavor, this mix is ideal for creating waffle cones and dessert bowls in your bakery, ice cream or frozen yogurt shop, or cafe. It is flexible after cooking to form any desired shape and is perfect for holding scoops of ice cream and frozen yogurt as well as fruit purees, mousses, and dessert sauces.
Rather than risking breakage and damage from pre-packaged or store-bought waffle cones, you can use this waffle cone mix to prepare and serve your own waffle cones right when you need them. Providing all the main ingredients you need, this mix makes baking easy while still offering a house-made taste. Only requiring the simple addition of water to blend, this mix helps save on prep time, labor costs, and the hassle of measuring out ingredients. To prepare, combine 5 lb. of mix with 6 1/4 cups (50 oz.) of cool water in a mixing bowl and blend together using a wire whisk until well-blended. Let the mixture stand for 30 seconds. Pour the batter onto a preheated and greased waffle cone iron. Wait 15 seconds and then clamp the iron down. Cook the waffle cone for approximately 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the iron and roll onto a cone shaper. Place seam side down and let cool for 1 minute. This mix can make up to 60 cones per 5 lb. bag!

Great product! Krusteaz never disappoints. Waffle cones turn out great and customers rave about them.
Great flavor. I choose to add a pinch of cinnamon to each batch to give it a little something extra as well as a small splash of vanilla extract. But it was delicious even with out it. Be careful and do not add all the water at once be sure to give it time to mix and add in slowly. If needed you can always add more but it never took the full amount of water without being too runny.
We use Krusteaz for all of our waffle cones, it tastes great and very easy to mix.

I purchased this as well as another brand waffle cone mix on here because it was less money then the brand I have bought from my supplier for years and I wanted to compare. I followed the directions and it made a more runny mix than the previous one I use. The flavor was almost exactly the same, but the texture was a little lighter and more airy- not a bad thing.
