Keep bulk quantities of food at food safe temperatures with this Kolpak custom walk-in cooler / freezer / combo unit! This custom unit allows you to create a walk-in that best fits the needs of your establishment. You can choose from a cooler, freezer, or combo unit for indoor or outdoor use. You can also select remote or self-contained refrigeration and the type of system such as 1-phase or 3-phase, drop-in style, 120 series, or Scroll series. This unit's custom size ensures a perfect fit for your available space. You can even choose the door size and placement along with specifications for kickplates and ramps.

This unit offers 3 finishes to choose from for both the exterior and interior including galvalume, aluminum, and stainless steel. You can also inquire about having a special finish. You can choose to have a floorless model or to add an Era standard or Era structural floor. These floors provide greater strength to withstand foot traffic and rolling carts, and they are approved for up to 1,000 lb. per sq. ft. The floors each have a variety of finishes to choose from, while the floorless design can be enhanced with screeds or a flat bottom.

This unit can have a standard ceiling or it can be upgraded to a suspended ceiling, a superspan ceiling, or an Era clear span ceiling. It can be outfitted with standard, polished, brushed, or Performer Advantage hardware. It can also be equipped with accessories such as an air shield to keep the cold air in or additional 18" or 45" LED lights for brighter visibility. A Tru-Demand by ArcticFox controller can be added to initiate defrost cycles as needed rather than on a fixed schedule. The door can be modified with an alarm, digital thermometer, motion sensor, or air shield. It can even be replaced with a strip door or strip curtain.

This walk-in unit comes standard with a digital temperature controller for easy operation. You can replace this with an Arctic Fox Deluxe display to simplify operation and offer remote monitoring capabilities. You can also add AlarmPak, which is a system designed to enhance energy efficiency and food safety by alerting users to potential issues. The optional switch / digital thermometer combo provides you with a touch sensor light switch, digital thermometer, and transformer all in one location.

This walk-in unit comes standard with energy-saving interior LED lights and an LED door section light with a safety night light. It has HFO foam insulation to enhance efficiency while reducing environmental impact. Fully adjustable hinges create a secure gasket seal, while cam locks create a rigid, airtight seal between panels.
