The only problem was I purchased this as a gift. It would have been helpful to know that the process to delivery would be significantly longer because it was coming from the manufacturer. I actually like the idea. Many of us are disgusted by Amazon and the quality that shows up.The cost in time and money on returns… I will continue to use Webstaurant as I feel I can get quality for a decent price. More transparency would be great!
