These are ok, they taste like what you would expect however both bags came in large clumps and were very hard to break apart. We will not order these again

The long wait on shipping! I thought it would come manageable, it came melted and just a hunk of chocolate! The ice packs provided were melted and box wet. I was very disappointed with this order but would not order again because of the way it was delivered and the length of time it took to arrive. May suggest fast shipping on chocolates?

DELICIOUS! There is something about name brand Reese's that gives me so much more flavor and just the right salt and sweetness combo to put my dessert over the edge. If you are incorporating the chopped cups in a pie or something you may be able to get away with a generic pb cup, but if you are garnishing a dessert, or mixing with ice cream, etc. I would make sure to buy the real thing. Your flavor will be so much better and more satisfying that way. Even in cookies, I would really rather opt for the Reese's brand, because the value for the optimal taste will be much more gourmet.

Sadly, I received a bag of Reese’s peanut butter soup. Could have been shipping related but it was unusable. Customer service was great though.

Taste good…. But we received them all melted together quite often. We now buy individually and cut them up ourselves. It’s hard to break up the bag of cups once it’s melts together.

I have order this product hoping that shipping conditions would improve. The product itself is good until shipping get's it. This product arrived to my Florida address with 1 melted ice back to keep the 5lbs of peanut butter chocolate. The bag was about to explode from heat when I opned the box. This box was not left outside of my address for a long period of time. As I was expecting it. I did not expect it to arive with only 1 ice pack. My only complaint about Webresturant is whoever they use for shipping is terrible.

This makes short work of making my cookies with a great flavor!

This product tastes great, just like you would expect Reeses to taste. However, instead of being chopped peices... its like one big brick busted into a few smaller bricks. Its not useable chopped peices like I was expecting. I'm going to have to contact customer service about exchaning these out or break them up with a mallet into smaller peices that I can use as ice cream topping. These are useless like that came.

Great product, as long as it is not warm out and then it melts together. Webstraunt does a nice job sending product in ice packs to help minimize melting

Cant go wrong with this name brand REESE'S 5 lb. Peanut Butter Cups Chopped is just what you need for ice cream and any other toppings. You will love this product and the flavor Great tasting product and our clients love the flavor.

These are great for our small coffee shop that makes pastries from scratch. Soooo much cheaper than buying larger sized heath bars and then having to put them through a food processor. They've never arrived melted, even in summer

Often come clumped together but are a very good value per pound.

Great for use in cheesecakes or ice creams. The pieces offer the flavour at a better price point than buying the whole bar.

This is so convenient when you have no time to chop up heath. All the hard work is done and all we need to do is add it to our topping bar!
