This heavy-duty King Electric PKB-DT Series PKB2415-1-T-DT-FM ducted portable unit heater provides an even, steady flow of warm air. Perfect for warehouses, construction sites, and military bases, this heater can be ducted with its transition collar and used as a primary or supplemental heat source. It's also great when there is a need for dry electric heat versus gas heaters. Plus, the portable features allow this unit to easily be moved from one place to the next.
With a built-in electronic thermostat ranging from 40-100 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit heater is extremely accurate. The heater's spiral steel fin heating element and high-mass steel fin heat exchanger regulate heat so it flows evenly through the copper brazed coil. This eliminates the potential of overheating and uses less energy, saving you money. This unit features a patented thermal overload element that automatically disconnects the motor and shuts the unit off in case of abnormal circumstances, ensuring maximum safety. Not only that, but it's also installed with a tip-over switch, which prevents the unit from operating if it's tilted past a certain angle.
Excellent heat transfer and durability are immediately apparent in this electric unit heater. It's constructed of 20 gauge electrogalvanized steel with a rust-resistant baked enamel finish and a long life unit bearing motor. The heavy-duty rubber feet and dual carrying handles make it easy to transport this portable heater to wherever it is needed at just a moment's notice. With CFM measuring 925 you can be sure that this heater will thrive in large commercial and industrial environments. This 1 phase unit requires a 208/240V connection for operation.
