Provide a steady flow of warm air in your facility with this King Electric PCKW4830-3 portable wheeled unit heater. This portable heater is designed for high capacity, temporary heating in industrial spaces like garages and warehouses. Instead, its long-lasting motor and large capacity, dual-inlet blower work quickly and efficiently to heat 1250 CFM, while adjustable louvers allow you to direct the heat in the proper direction to maximize the warmth in your space. The intake air filters can even be washed for easy cleaning and maintenance. A high mass steel fin heat exchanger and spiral steel fin heating elements ensure even, optimal heat transfer and stay cooler than comparable elements, preserving the life of the heater. Plus, a built-in thermostat reads the temperature between 40 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
During the summer, you can switch this unit to fan-only mode to allow it to run without heating the space. For added safety, this heater includes a non-mercury tip-over switch and King's Smart Limit Protection, ensuring that it will shut off if it senses abnormal conditions that could pose a safety risk and will only turn back on manually. Its NEMA 12" gasket construction protects wiring from damage and moisture, while its 18 gauge steel enclosure provides additional durability. Front and back carrying handles and heavy-duty, pneumatic wheels make this unit easily transportable, so you can bring it with you to heat a variety of spaces. This unit comes with a 6' SO cord (no plug) and requires a 480V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
