Provide a steady flow of warm air in your outdoor space with this King Electric PCKF2410-3 portable outdoor-rated unit heater. This portable heater is designed for high capacity, temporary heating in industrial spaces like garages and warehouses. Its long-lasting motor and large capacity, dual-inlet blower work quickly and efficiently to heat 1000 CFM, while a 12" duct collar allows you to attached a flexible duct (sold separately) to better direct heat to where you need it most, helping this heater run more efficiently and saving energy.
A high mass steel fin heat exchanger and spiral steel fin heating elements ensure even, optimal heat transfer and stay cooler than comparable elements, preserving the life of the heater. A remote thermostat with a 100' cord allows for convenient temperature control of the heater. This cord can be stored on the included storage shelf beneath the heater's frame. This unit also offers 24V control for the heat or fan only.
Because it is UL approved and rated for outdoor use, this heater's motor is completely enclosed, and it features a 12" NEMA gasket construction to protect the wiring from moisture and damage. The high tensile, 18 gauge steel frame surrounding the heater meets FAA 18" ground clearance requirements and also includes handles to allow you to carry it easily, making this unit a safe and convenient choice for any jobsite. This unit includes a 6' SO cord (no plug) and requires a 208/240V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
Dual rated heaters will draw 13% less amps and 25% less wattage when operated at 208V.
