Lovely flavor, right out of the bag. Sprinkle some over a mac 'n cheese before baking, or use it for breading for baked tonkatsu. Make sure not to deep fry with it.

We love these. They are Japanese style and light and fluffy. We use them in our Japanese restaurant and we always use authentic Japanese ingredients whenever we have a choice. Buying 25 lb at a time is fantastic.

FABULOUS panko bread crumbs. Originally purchased these thinking that we would offer bento boxes on our menu and therefore go through them a lot faster. We didn't end up using those on our menu so it has taken us longer to go through it than normal. I would have purchased a smaller package if we had built our menu before then, but it is a great quality panko to use for your recipes.

These panko crumbs were great. They were toasted evenly without burnt or raw crumbles. They had great texture and are very versatile. They did not absorb a lot of oil even when deep frying

Very high quality panko bread crumbs that are already toasted. However it is slightly higher in price compared to what I can get at the local restaurant supply store.

This is a fine-blend panko. It is a very comparable quality to other brands, at 1/3 of the cost! We use this to coat fried chicken tenders, clam and crab cakes to give them a crunchy exterior.

These are perfect bread crumbs for pretty much anything you can imagine using bread crumbs for. They give a nice flavor and fry up to a nice crisp.

25 pounds of panko will make a lot of meatballs. The price is great for such a large amount. I use panko in my meatballs and this large size bag will be great. My only negative, which is not worth taking a star away, is the bag makes it slightly difficult to transfer to a storage container as I pulled a few pieces of paper out as I poured.

A great quality brand of bulk untoasted bread crumbs. They are great for coating items and oven frying them. I love making chicken with this.

I absolutely love using panko for anything I make that's fried. It gives a great crunchy texture to the coating. You can even bake zucchini coated in panko for a healthy alternative.

These are good but the toasted ones are better. These two can be toasted. Just spread them out onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and bake.
