It's been more convenient going through WebstaurantStore due to the fact they come in quantities of 6, and with the Auto ReOrder feature we save on shipping. Overall it comes down to cheaper per ounce cost for me and the product tastes great. They take care of making sure to ship all of the liquid safely as well. We have have never had any that were leaking or damaged.

Soy Sauce is a foundational ingredient in just about all Asian cuisine. Due to that fact we wanted to make sure that we always had a considerable amount on hand for some of our Asian inspired slaws and brines. This Tamari Soy Sauce is an excellent choice for recipes that call for a less salty flavor profile since it's not quite the same as regular soy sauce. It's a bit darker and it boasts a much richer and balanced flavor versus regular soy sauce.

I don't have celiac specifically, but I do find that I feel better when I limit my gluten / wheat consumption. This wheat free tamari tastes just like "regular" soy sauce but my body handles it much better. It's really handy to have around.

This is great tasting soy sauce and didn't taste any different than the stuff with gluten in it. Costs a bit more than the regular, but definately worth the extra few dollars.

Tamari is like soy sauce but made with little or no wheat. Gluten free people need to check the labels to be certain. This is a gluten free version and it is a good one.
