We recently purchased 30 cases of cookies that arrived just six days before the expiration date. Although we received a refund, we were left to handle the disposal of all 30 cases. This isn't the first time we've encountered issues with nearing expiration dates from Webstaurant, and it has significantly reduced our confidence in purchasing from them. We've lost a considerable amount of money due to products frequently arriving with only about 30 days left until expiration. It seems they are offloading products that are about to expire. Despite these challenges, we appreciate their customer service, product variety, and speedy delivery. However, the consistent issue with expiration dates is a major concern for us, especially for food products. We remain hopeful that Webstaurant will address and improve this issue soon.
