This Kason® 11245000048 reversible cam-rise hinge delivers industry-standard performance and usability, in a hinge that allows for smooth operation, superior durability, and field-reversible engineering as a standard feature! Thanks to a self-lubricating nylon cam, this hinge makes it easy to open and close the door with minimal effort, while the cam rise action reduces gasket wear, even on uneven floors. It can also hold a door open beyond 130 degrees. Reversing the hinge is easy too - just lift the strap from the flange, remove the pin assembly, pop out the cap and turn it 180 degrees, reinserting the pin in the strap. Reposition the strap into the flange and replace the cap to complete installation.
The hinge is made from high pressure die-cast zinc with a polished chrome finish. It is set for a 1 3/8" offset configuration.
