It horizontally rotates 200 degrees in both directions to eliminate blind spots when cleaning. This model comes with a cylindrical red brush with medium bristles. It leaves floors dry immediately after cleaning to prevent slips and falls.

This floor scrubber features a 14" cleaning path to efficiently scrub up to 6,600 sq. ft. per hour. It features a triple-nozzle design to change the spray pattern without tools. Its 18" squeegee collects and removes dirty water from the floor as you clean. This unit is easy to operate with color-coded controls, and it allows you to adjust the down pressure with a simple knob. The brush speed automatically increases as the down pressure is adjusted. This unit can be operated in standard mode or eco mode, which extends run times and reduces noise. It operates at a rate of 700 to 1,050 RPM, and it emits a maximum of 66 dbA for quiet, non-disruptive use. The 280W vacuum motor produces 42 CFM of airflow and 32" of waterlift for effective cleaning.

This unit's telescoping steering column allows the operator to adjust the height, ensuring an ergonomic working position.
