Enhance your cleaning efficiency with this Karcher BR 30/4 C floor scrubber! This floor scrubber scrubs and dries hard surfaces gently and effectively. It features an upright design for enhanced maneuverability, and it has a low brush head for cleaning hard-to-reach spaces. Its high-speed roller brush spins at a rate of 1,450 RPM and provides 10 times more pressure than manual mopping. This brush cleans structured surfaces and assists with forward movement for easy cleaning. This unit allows floors to dry very quickly after use, helping to prevent slips and falls.

This floor scrubber features an 11 13/16" cleaning path to efficiently scrub up to 1,615 sq. ft. per hour. It emits only 70.5 dBA for quiet, non-disruptive use in noise-sensitive settings. Its 12" squeegee moves backwards and forwards to remove excess liquid, while its cylindrical brush has medium bristles for all-around cleaning. For deeper cleaning, detergent can be applied to your floors and then vacuumed.

This unit includes a foot pedal to lift the squeegee for cleaning up very sticky dirt or to switch off the vacuum for more intensive cleaning. It includes a handle and wheels for easy transport between jobsites. Both its fresh water tank and recovery tank have a 1 gallon capacity, and they can be removed separately or together. This comes with a 32 13/16' power cord and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
