Product arrived did not open the box for about 3 weeks and to my surprise out of 400 cones 260 were good but 140 were broken , wish I had open the box sooner good product but bad packaging !!! Probably won’t order again unless company makes good on this problem !! Very frustrating !!!!

I own two successful ice cream shops and this one product could single handedly ruin my business. Each box arrives looking fine, but when you open you find, every single time, that more than HALF the cones are BROKEN.
