Admiration White Cooking Wine 1 Gallon

Good flavor for the price of this cooking wine. Adds a great Marsala wine flavor for dishes like Chicken Marsala, but it's also fantastic for marinates and other cooking applications.

This white cooking wine works well, iv'e been using table wines for years cooking my vesuvios, risotti and seafood, i was worried it would be too salty, but we just use less and the flavor hits,

Great price on a good quality product. This marsala cooking wine comes in a case of 4 one gallon jugs. We use this cooking wine for a sambal mixture that we cook thin sliced beef in for philly cheesesteak sandwiches. We also use this marsala cooking wine for chicken marsala.

i think that this is very near a top quality cooking sherry....its useful in many dishes where one might add a splash of water early on in the saute or fry process...i use it in place of water quite often and cook off the alcohol and much of the liquid....the cooking flavor residues in the pan are improved

One Bottle damage in shipping. Turned upside down. But ok for price and more . Will order more plus different flavors.but good brand. Thicker than expected as well

Can't beat the price! I'm still trying to decide whether this is an acceptable substitute for Chinese Rice Wine. At any rate, it's a nice addition to my sauces.

It was bitter an had a somewhat chemical undertone. I could never get it to blend seamlessly into my dishes. I wish I could find a better quality option.

Where have you been all my life? Here I was spending a fortune on actual Marsala drinking wine to prepare my chicken Marsala, thinking it was the only way to go. Boy, was I wrong. Not only does this taste just as good, the dish is actually improved because I don't find myself skimping on the wine to save money. Excellent value and flavor.

This admiration cooking sherry adds a nice touch to my seafood Alfredo which is a guest favorite. price is decent here too without having to buy a case.

I ordered a case of the Jolina Marsala cooking wine for home use. I love the buttery delicate flavor. It is by far one of the best Marsala cooking wine I’ve ever used. You can’t beat the value either. I highly recommend this product.

I use this in my signature "wedding dish" which is a pasta with a grilled vodka rustica sauce and it's amazing. I was a little worried to order such a large quantity of it, but I love the quality as well as the versatility to use it in other dishes! Would definitely recommend this product!

Good flavor for the price, little watery but still decent. We use this in both our chicken and steak Marsala's and use it as a marinated.
