Although performance was good....we started having problems after 1 year. After several repairs and still not working properly I would advise against high priced Jackson product.... you don't always get what you pay for!!!!

Save yourself money and trouble and buy some other brand. This was the second dishstar HT that we bought in 6 years and not one lasted more than 3 years without significant repairs to board replacement, relays or probes. Jackson built this knowing that water flows downhill and that’s where all the electronics are. My restaurant will never again buy a Jackson nor will I recommend to any other restaurant

I hate to write a review just to be negative, but I feel like (as a new business owner who understands money is tight), I owe it to others to warn them not to purchase this dishwasher. We've had to have it repaired twice now and it just started leaking the blue liquid again. It worked great for about a year but I just don't think it's built to withstand lots of use running beer glasses through over and over. The start button broke a while back and had to be repaired, and the spring door also just falls down now so it has to be opened very carefully. If you have to spend a little extra for a stronger one I think it would be worth it!
This dishwasher is easy to use and has a very simple set up. This also takes any HT commercial dishwasher fluid which is an added bonus. Jackson's customer service is very helpful will answer any question you have.
