This meat slicer features an infinitely variable cutting speed of 25-55 strokes per minute and a maximum product size of 15 1/2" x 10 3/16" x 7 11/16", with standard pusher plate spikes that extend to accommodate greater product lengths. It features an adjustable thickness for slices up to 7/16" thick, with precise, consistent thicknesses to ensure that each slice is identical for desired texture, taste, and customer satisfaction, as well as portion control and an enhanced presentation. This commercial slicing equipment features a 21" x 14 3/16" carriage and is ideal for use in grocery stores, commissaries, and pizza shops.

This automatic meat stacker / depositor features an angled carriage design for easy slicing and discharging of low-profile product that automatically stacks, shingles, and deposits meats, cheeses, vegetables, and fruits in busy commercial kitchens, delis, and food processing facilities. It also features an automatic circular party tray output and is programmable with up to 99 programs to minimize output variations. It features a single, varnish-coated PC board design with a moisture prevention ventilation fan and a spiked chain that maximizes the slicer's durability. The chain frame and carriage ensure slices are transferred correctly from the blade to the chain frame. This item includes an 11" x 21" output conveyor and equipment stand for added convenience.

For added safety, this item features a thickness blade locking mechanism that ensures the blade is not exposed when the carriage is open during the cleaning process, and an automatic shutoff button that kills power in an instant in case of emergencies.
