Designed to process cuts of beef, pork, veal, poultry, ham, and finished jerky product in retail and wholesale commercial settings, this tenderizer features heavy-duty stainless steel construction and features 544 double-edged, razor-sharp 301 stainless steel blades that penetrate meat easily, cutting the connective tissue without tearing or altering the product's appearance for tender, more flavorful cuts. Designed for quick, easy sanitation, the blade set conveniently pivots outward when disassembling, and this equipment requires no tools for cleaning, maintenance, or inspection. This item's plug-and-play design and 2 wheels for easy mobility make installation fast and easy regardless of the operator's skill level.
This semi-automatic meat tenderizer features a hydraulic piston and provides up to 55 strokes per minute for higher tenderization per square inch with each stroke. It's designed to process boneless, fresh, tempered, cooked, and whole-muscle meats with a maximum thickness of 4 3/4" and features automatic height adjustment for effortless control. It also features a useable surface of 27 9/16" x 11 13/16" and a sliding polythene board with a safety guard and handle for easier product handling. A protective cover controls activation of the tenderizing system for maximum operator safety. This 1-phase tenderizer requires a 220V connection for operation and includes a 14' power cord.
